Virtual Incubation Program

Is a large-scale intensive training for students and science-based tech progects created within the joint effort of the Ukrainian Hub and CRDF Global.

The VIP aimed to provide students, scientists, graduates, and authors of social digital business with opportunities for further development. The program has a high inclusive rate, and therefore welcomes the youngest entrepreneurs.

Online learning

Online-based training with the support of experienced Ukrainian and international mentors will last 10 days and will be held via the EducateMe platform. During this course, participants will attend evening online classes – workshops, lectures, seminars, and receive practical tasks.

VIP DemoDay

DemoDay will consist of mentoring sessions involving experienced technology business experts, practicing in the project presentation, preparation for a fundraising campaign, business scaling, and investment attraction.
 
Final pitches at the end of the Bootcamp will define the winners of grants from the American partner CRDF Global. The total prize budget is $ 30,000!

DemoDay selection criteria

Only 12 teams will be accepted to take part in the Demo Day. As well, those participants who have attended 80% or more of online classes will have a chance to represent their projects. Mentor recommendations and homework statistics will be taken into account.

Do you feel unconfident with your business idea? Well, applying now, you have two months to work it out, boost it to a prototype level, present it during the DemoDay – and get financial support for its development!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our program is designed for students/scientists/researchers – owners of the ideas and/or founders (co-founders) of innovative startups. The project must be an early stage one and to exist no more than 3 years.

We are looking for candidates whose startup investment experience does not exceed $100,000.

Through the registration form, we will receive applications and presentations of ideas/projects. Independent experts from the Ukrainian Hub and CRDF Global will work on their assessment.

The program will consist of online evening sessions on the weekdays. All tasks and production of information, preparation for pitching, and pitch sessions will be held via the EducateMe platform. Throughout the course, experts and mentors will be in touch with the participants.

The DemoDay of Bootcamp will be held online as well. Project presentations will be broadcasted on YouTube.

We care about your data protection. Therefore, all the information that users enter while registering on the site is accessible only for the organizers of the event and is not subject to disclosure or transfer to third parties.

It is compulsory to present your startup/idea/project in English. Because we are getting ready to enter the global arena, aren’t we?

Grant implementation work will be carried out under the guidance of the CRDF Global fund managers within 3 months after the end of the Virtual Incubation Program.
