Fundada em 2020, a ONG \u201cUkrainian hub\u201d (centro ucraniano) surgiu no contexto da pandemia global, procurando apoiar os empres\u00e1rios ucranianos. Respondendo aos desafios, lan\u00e7\u00e1mos o evento internacional WISE24 e o programa nacional de forma\u00e7\u00e3o para mulheres, lan\u00e7ando as bases para a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e a sustentabilidade.

Durante os \u00faltimos quatro anos, continu\u00e1mos a desenvolver-nos: organiz\u00e1mos bootcamps de startups, delega\u00e7\u00f5es de empreendedores a Silicon Valley e coorganizamos o Pavilh\u00e3o Ucraniano em prestigiadas confer\u00eancias internacionais, como o Web Summit em Lisboa e no Rio de Janeiro.

Hoje, continuamos comprometidos com o desenvolvimento dos neg\u00f3cios ucranianos, atrav\u00e9s de programas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, apoio de mentoria e cria\u00e7\u00e3o de conex\u00f5es que tragam startups ucranianas para a arena global. Em 2022, ap\u00f3s a invas\u00e3o em grande escala da Ucr\u00e2nia pela R\u00fassia, fund\u00e1mos a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Ucraniana Hub em Portugal, com sede em Lisboa. A nossa miss\u00e3o \u00e9 clara: continuar a apoiar e desenvolver o empreendedorismo ucraniano, mesmo longe de casa.

Em Portugal, lan\u00e7\u00e1mos a nossa iniciativa emblem\u00e1tica, Amarelo Azul, um programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o transformador para mulheres ucranianas. Ao longo de dois anos, realiz\u00e1mos tr\u00eas campos de neg\u00f3cios, equipando os participantes com as compet\u00eancias e conhecimentos necess\u00e1rios para terem sucesso num ambiente global em constante mudan\u00e7a. E nosso trabalho n\u00e3o termina a\u00ed.

Tamb\u00e9m estamos construindo duas plataformas poderosas: Plataforma de mentoria<\/a><\/span>, onde os empres\u00e1rios ucranianos podem receber aconselhamento de especialistas do setor, e Plataforma de parceiros<\/a><\/span>, que oferece promo\u00e7\u00f5es e recursos exclusivos que visam apoiar o crescimento de startups e neg\u00f3cios em nossa comunidade.

No in\u00edcio de 2024, lan\u00e7amos outra organiza\u00e7\u00e3o sem fins lucrativos \u2014 desta vez nos Estados Unidos. Desde Fevereiro que trabalhamos oficialmente nos EUA, onde o nosso objectivo continua o mesmo: ajudar os empres\u00e1rios ucranianos a adaptarem-se ao grande mercado americano.<\/p>

Realizamos networking e reuni\u00f5es educacionais, criamos espa\u00e7os de aprendizagem e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o.
