Business camp
Educational and practical program for female participants from all over the country, held in Kyiv.
During four days, the participants attended lectures and master classes from leading Ukrainian and international experts in the field of management, marketing, finance, sales, communications and emotional intelligence.

Bootcamp STEP
Training and mentoring sessions under the program of the American foundation CRDF Global (2 days)
Experts from the American organization and mentors from Ukraine taught the ability to present themselves, negotiate with investors, business development strategies and entering the foreign market.
At the end of the camp, there was a competition (project pitches), the winners of the final pitching of the program received cash prizes of $5000.

Anastasia Romanova, co-founder and CEO of SEMCS by Mosquito Control
SEMCS by Mosquito Control is a smart ecological system that protects people from mosquitoes. Anastasia's startup was among 6 winners chosen to represent Ukraine at CES 2020 in Las Vegas. According to UVCA's annual market review, Mosquito Control is among the TOP-6 best hardware startups. The project is entering new markets in partnership with companies from the USA, India, Singapore, Jamaica, and Pakistan.
Anastasia is a finalist of the WISE24 international program for female founders.

The project won the German Agtech Pitch Award startup competition at the largest industry exhibition Agritechnica 2019 and the best agtech startup at the Euroasian Startup Awards 2019.

Natalia Limonova, founder of Global Innovation Online School
The GIOS startup is an interactive online platform for mathematics and the development of critical thinking.
The mission of the project is to contribute to the transformation of the education system and turn mathematics into a global youth trend #1. GIOS entered the TOP-10 Early-Stage Ukrainian Startups 2020 according to the Ukrainian Innovation Reserch&Awards 2020. It became a semi-finalist of the IT Arena Competition 2020.
Nataliya was chosen as the International Partner from Ukraine for the World Business Angel Investment Forum (WBAF).

Anna Belevantseva, co-founder and CEO of Esper Bionics
Esper Bionics is a hardware company that develops a robotic arm with intuitive control. 3 times faster prosthesis, with the ability to learn the user's habits. Esper Bionics is: a team of 10 people, 2 active users of the prosthesis, 6 LOIs with prosthetic clinics, and 60 people on the waiting list for fitting. The main market is the USA, the first pilots there are planned in the winter of 2021. The team started with hand prostheses, and later these technologies will be the basis of other developments in the field of human augmentation.
