On August 20, 2021, another incredibly cool program ended, which Ukrainian Hub had the honor to organize with the support of the American donor CRDF Global.
Virtual Incubation Program, which aimed to support young Ukrainian startup talents, scientists, students, and graduates, was bright and dynamic and gave impetus to the development of dozens of teams.
A total of 71 projects were selected for the VIP program, 15 of which made it to DemoDay and had the opportunity to compete for grants for business development. Three teams received $10,000 each:
- Caretech Human
- SplineCloud
- LabsArena.com
During the program, participants had the opportunity to discover the Klondike of new knowledge, expand networking, receive practical recommendations from the best Ukrainian and international mentors on improving business strategy, attracting investments, entering foreign markets, and much more.
Here is what Pavlo, CEO of the WheelKeep project, says about the Virtual Incubation Program:
"Participation in the program was beneficial for several reasons: we improved our understanding of the financial model and go-to-market strategy, and we also worked on the Pitch Deck for our startup. Personally, I have deepened my English presentation skills, which will be of great help in future interaction with foreign investors and customers of WheelKeep devices.
But the main achievement of our team is feedback from mentors and personal acquaintance with them! The mentors' interest in our product and faith in our project is inspiring."
During two years of cooperation with CRDF, Global Ukrainian Hub has successfully conducted four training programs for Ukrainian technology startups. Over $100,000 was awarded to the winners of the final pitch competitions.
By the way, Ukrainian Hub has prepared a new impressive development program for founders of technological businesses. The launch announcement will be made very soon, so don't miss the opportunity to become a success story in the history of our training courses!
