The Amarelo Azul 3.0 program was a significant step for many Ukrainian women in Portugal who moved due to the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. The program is aimed at assisting participants in setting up business processes and adapting to the specifics of entrepreneurship in Portugal. Thanks to the support of the Ukrainian American Coordinating Council and @fundacaomillennium, which for the third time supported Ukrainian women within the framework of this program, the winners received grants to launch their projects.

Business basics, legal aspects of operations, product and project management, financial issues, marketing and PR.
During the three months of Amarelo Azul 3.0, they got to know these areas accompanied by 25 mentors. Entrepreneurs and experts with many years of experience shared their knowledge, checked the participants' homework and accompanied their projects from the beginning of the program to the final.
In this stream, we have added a circular economy lecture by Karina Lapina to the program. This is an alternative cyclical model that should reduce the consumption of raw and energy resources, minimize waste and reduce the negative impact on the environment.
